RELATIONS
and reputation

Relationships develop over a period of many years and are of benefit to both parties.

Networking with us helps to ensure that you are known to our search professionals. Do not underestimate the value of having a good reputation in your field and being known to, and respected by, your peers in other organizations, as well as former managers. Although we are acting for our clients, we also develop professional relationships with candidates and other individuals.

Bear in mind that we are generally used to fill senior roles, but we also have an interest in developing relationships with people who are at, or approaching that level. In that case, it may be worth writing to us to let us know that you are interested in a career move. The most appropriate way to make yourself known to Scouting is by registering with us here.

You may have been called for advice in relation to past searches. Such calls are a great opportunity to develop a relationship that can be useful when you are looking to move.
